"気が強い/Strong Willed"

I have no idea where to start with talking about this piece. I took it shortly after I took the photos for 空しい時間 but I spent a lot more time on it.

Overall I wanted the piece to be hopeful and pretty but still a bit sullen. It's kind of like my "Gibbs." The idea of it is that you're kind of getting over some sort of fear and it's pulsing hard. I always have all these ideas laying around that I can't execute and then I worry that these ideas wont survive.

The brushes where the hardest part of the entire image. I original was using someone else's brushes but I felt really uncomfortable using someone else's stock on top of that so I decided to make my own.

Edit: Slightly cleaner with a little something extra.
